Before I ever sat across from a client, I sat across from myself.

I started in the recording studio. Cutting records. Managing artists. Teaching professional performers how to walk onto a stage with total command, how to own the room before they sang a single note.

After working together something would shift. Not just their performance, their entire way of moving through the world. They became unrecognizable to themselves.

At the same time I was building a real estate career, sitting across from people twice my age and three times my experience.

I had a choice. Shrink. Compete. Or step into something bigger. I chose bigger.

It was never about the stage or the sale. It was always about the person in front of me.

I have made more mistakes than I can count.

Lost million dollar deals. Had my heart broken more times than I care to remember. Said the wrong thing probably daily. Failed publicly. Rebuilt quietly. Divorced after 21 years. And got back up every single time.

Not because I’m special. Because I refused to let any of it be the end of my story.

At 56 I ran my first Spartan race. I race. I climb. I train. I compete. I perform on stage as a jazz musician. I have built businesses, saved marriages, raised children, and sat with people in the darkest moments of their lives and helped them find the fire again.

I don’t teach resilience from a stage and go home soft. I live it. Every single day.
